Solange DewBerry (not her real name) would like you to believe she’s a puzzle inside a conundrum inside an enigma. In reality her mind is more like a junk drawer: a tangle of orphaned shoelaces, mysterious keys, dried up lint rollers, and a slew of batteries-none of which is the size she’s looking for-and an old roll of tape that she swears she threw away but keeps reappearing.

Solange lives in a small city on the eastern seaboard of North America, where she writes in a turreted room within her restored Victorian home, located on a shady, tree lined street. She shares the house with her handsome husband, two perfectly adorable and photogenic children, and a cat who has yet to appear in any of her stories.

Her superpowers are legendary and have only been enhanced since meeting her favorite Fairy Godmother, Mrs. Electra McGillicuddy.

In reality, Berry Conrad, (also not her real name) lives an ordinary life in the ‘burbs of central Connecticut, USA, along with her attractive husband. She has two grown children in nearby orbits, a perfect new cat as well as the memory of cats and dogs and goldfish past. She writes from whichever room suits her at the moment, none of them turreted. Alas, she doesn’t know any Fairy Godmothers, though if one is lurking, she’d be happy to make her acquaintance. As for the superpowers… not telling.
